Whos This Class is For: HIIT PILATES is a low-impact, high-intensity class inspired by Pilates principles. We use Tabata style for the majority of class to encourage students to perform at their maximum effort for 20 second intervals. With only 10 seconds of rest between intervals, Tabata style asks the body to use both aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength) systems of exercise all at once, helping to build endurance and power. We offer optional props, resistance bands and weighted Pilates balls.
