What is The Workout?
The Workout is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. It is an incredibly effective way to build strength and power in short increments of time. If you want to get stronger, gain lean muscle, and tone, The Workout is the way to do it. Come hang out with us for 45-minutes or 1-hour long classes, set to music, and improve your strength and cardio without having to run on a treadmill for an hour!
