Allie Morse (she/her)

Allie found her way to Modo as a teenager in Montreal and joined the community as a teacher in 2010. Her practice has supported her journey of healing severe trauma, disordered eating, and unhelpful mental conditioning. The freedom that comes from dropping out of the mind and into the heart with breath is the greatest bliss she knows.

 

On and beyond the mat, Allie is a creative soul who loves writing, acting, playing music, dancing, surfing and painting like a 5 year old. Continually humbled by her own human experience, she loves guiding people to connect to the wisdom within. She’s a grateful dog Mom to an angel named Charlie, an Iron[wo]man 70.3, and helps grow plants, people and companies.
