Throughout her life, Hallie has defaulted to modalities of health and fitness for self-empowerment and healing her conditioned negative self-image. Yoga became her touchstone of grace once she realized how transformative that stillness was- how it presented her with a reflection of her inner being and gave her the opportunity to respond to herself in a more loving and gentle way. She finds true freedom in the yogic practice of recognizing every thought and feeling, accepting, and letting go. It is her devotion to the ever-changing flow of life that allows her to live and love with a heart that knows unconditional forgiveness and vulnerability. She hopes to share that light of compassion with her students as they dive deeper into the innate wisdom of their own body and breath.
