She/Her
Diana is all about this yoga stuff. She’s had the privilege of teaching yoga since 2016, and has been practicing since 2012. She used to navigate the world from the chin up, until the practice of yoga brought her back home into her body. There’s something ancient and magical about sharing communal space and moving our bodies through shapes that have been practiced for over 5,000 years. Once you repeat and revisit the same shapes again and again…once you learn how to breathe down into your diaphragm…once you soften into your tension and choose to release it…something transformative happens. Diana designs yoga classes that encourage students to breathe deeply, cultivate inner awareness, and clear stuck energy. Outside of yoga, she is a relational psychotherapist-in-training and clinical hypnosis practitioner. She loves making playlists, watching Miyazaki films, and retreating into nature.
