Yoga is an act of love. Beyond the physical poses it’s an opportunity to heal, to build a deeper relationship with yourself, to understand how your mind works, to breathe more and ultimately notice your choices and what kind of person you want to be in the world.

Sabina’s classes are grounded in a strong Vinyasa practice, delivered with detailed alignment instructions, intelligent sequencing that incorporates deep breath work with subtle body awareness. But most importantly encouraging everyone to enjoy the process and modify the practice based on the needs of their own unique body.
