Treat yourself and dive into some self care with Caroline as she guides you through a 90 minute Yin practice. She will be assisted by the incredible Katie O., who will be offering adjustments through massage during the class. Katie is a certified Esalen® Massage Practitioner and she offers deep tissue work, Swedish, Thai, and more, so you are sure to get a little more acquainted with your body, and hopefully leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

A meditative experience centered around the practice of Yoga Nidra that will transport you to a state of blissful awareness. Movement and pranayama (breathing) will be used to relax the body and mind to enter into a deep meditation where we will rejuvenate from the inside-out. Anita will share healing songs and chants throughout the meditative journey to help calm the mind.
