This is a hatha based class practiced in a heated room. This class will help you to create more stability in your body and increase range of motion. There will be a focus on poses that strengthen specific muscles and improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility. This will therefore decrease pain and lower risk of injuries. This class is open to all levels with lots of modifications provided in each posture.
