Vinyasa Flow 2

A fun and challenging Vinyasa level 2 class of linking postures together with breath while building heat, endurance and flexibility in the body. This intermediate to advanced practice allows you the opportunity to explore creative sun salutations, core strengthening exercises, playful arm balances and inversions. You will leave feeling energized and grounded. Previous yoga experience is recommended. This class is reduced heat and accompanied by music chosen by the instructor.
