Yang/Yin classes are all about balance. The first part of class (Yang) is a challenging and invigorating flow sequence, followed by a Yin sequence that offers longer holds to relax your body and mind. This class is suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. This class is reduced heat.
