Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body’s connective tissues through passive, long-held postures. In this unheated class, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility, and invite a sense of calm into your body. Jacqueline will close the session with a sound meditation to accompany your savasana.
