You are invited to join Sheila in a ceremonial candlelit yin yoga practice guiding you inward to stillness while being serenaded by Emily’s lovely vocals and live guitar all while being pampered with Tony’s healing touch in the art of thai massage. This is a Winter Solstice celebration you won’t want to miss!

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation. Postures are held for several minutes and the focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension. This class is suitable for anyone. Props can be used to make the postures more accessible and passive.
