Modo Yoga is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. It’s a supportive community, a kick-ass workout, and a calming meditation all in one! I leave every class feeling both relaxed and energized, and more able to take on whatever comes my way.
Join Paria for a 3 part series of gentle mom and baby yoga classes. There will be components of stretch and strength based exercises to connect you to your postpartum body with the company of your baby. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms in your community. These classes are only for babies 12 months and younger.
*If you like to wear your baby, you’re welcome to bring your carrier. Babies are welcome to hangout, rest and snooze while you enjoy your class.
“Transformation and growth begin in the dormant season of winter.“
You are invited to join Sheila in a ceremonial candlelit yin yoga practice guiding you inward to stillness while being serenaded by Emily’s lovely vocals and live guitar all while being pampered with Tony’s healing touch in the art of thai massage. This is a Winter Solstice celebration you won’t want to miss!
In this 75 minute yin yoga class you will be provided with an intentional and therapeutic practice. Jacqueline will guide you through yin postures that allow your body to restore through long holds. We will close with a sound bath using chimes and tuning forks to encourage deep listening and rest. Celebrate the closing of 2024 and welcome 2025 in this special practice as the last class of the year.
