Join us for a 2 hour workshop on how to incorporate The Essential Alignment Band into your movement practices. The Essential Alignment Band is a versatile prop designed by Paria and Naomi in collaboration with Halfmoon to offer you resistance, support, and postural feedback.
Paria and Naomi will guide you through various wrap options, yoga postures, and exercises using this band to help you:
– Improve your alignment
– Build posture endurance
– Progress load safely
– Prevent injury through joint support
– Assist with mobility and flexibility development
– Enhance coordination and proprioception

Join Ashleigh, yoga teacher & certified crystal healer for an afternoon of exploring the chakras through movement, meditation, crystal healing and more. Over these 2 hours Ashleigh will share insight on each chakra and you will be guided through yoga poses to help support and balance each chakra. There will also be a discussion and conversation around the seven main chakras to help you understand and learn about each energy wheel. This will be an interactive workshop where you can ask questions, flow, release and truly explore and unlock the power within yourself. No experience is necessary, please come with a pen & paper and an open mind.
Celebrate the Summer Solstice through this practice all about equilibrium and solar connection as we honour the lightest & longest day of the year. We will start with grounding yoga postures that will assist in shredding residual build up and outer layers of stagnation from the cooler months and then moving into a more vigorous flow. This practice will lead you into movement and breath connection as we heat up in honour of the sun with a heart opening practice and leaving us deeply connected to our own vibration. Back bending practices connect us deeper with our Solar Plexus, the 3rd Chakra, and our inner connection to the sun. This Chakra is associated with power, energy & achievement and the center of strength, vitality, ego, and willpower. Set your soul on fire this summer by kicking off the change in season with a deeper connection with your mind and soul.
