In this 3 part series Sheila and Tony invite you to sit back, relax and prepare to be pampered in a deep practice of Yin Yoga that will stimulate your senses and enlighten your awareness. The journey takes you along a path to success encouraged by three main concepts supported by the philosophy of yoga.
Join us in part one and learn how to “Live” by the knowledge that has been passed down for thousands of years from some of the oldest texts in history. In part two learn how to laugh as you step back from the traps of our human conditioning and needless suffering. Finally in part three of this series we are brought to the awareness and importance of self-love, a concept that is often used but rarely understood.

Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 3 hour shift per week cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
