In this two hour specialized session we will:
Be prepared to enter an extended state of tranquility in this special 90 minute Yin Yoga class. Mauro will be guiding you through the yin postures while Amanda and Krissy incorporate massage and adjustments that will help deepen your practice. During the class, Emily will be serenading us with gentle music in a way that only Emily can.
Join Paria for a 4 part series of gentle mom and baby yoga classes. There will be components of stretch and strength based exercises to connect you to your postpartum body with the company of your baby. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms in your community. These classes are only for babies 12 months and younger.
*If you like to wear your baby, you’re welcome to bring your carrier. Babies are welcome to hangout, rest and snooze while you enjoy your class.
We welcome you to immerse yourself in a yoga practice led by Paria while Allyssa Valdez creates a vibrational experience through the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, the sitar and other instruments. This yoga practice will encourage you to dive deep into a movement and listening experience of moving meditation and healing sound, connecting with your body, heart and mind.

Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 3 hour shift per week cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
