LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

In order for everyone to get the very most out of their experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy below.

PRE-REGISTRATON

Pre-registration is available starting 6 days in advance and up to 30 minutes before class starts. If you pre-register for class, you are guaranteed a spot provided that you’re checked in at the front desk at least 10 minutes before class begins. If not then you will lose your reservation and we will start accepting walk-in’s that arrive on a first come first serve basis. Latecommers will not be permitted. 

WORKSHOP RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to provide notice at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a workshop or specialty class they signed up for. If we do receive notice within 24 hours or more then the client will receive a credit on their account for the amount they paid to put towards a future purchase at our studio. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the workshop or specialty class is scheduled to start, there will be no credit given. No refunds, no exceptions. 

CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend class, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible – avoid leasing this to the last minute. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to take your spot in class. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts with no penalty. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to check our email or voicemail in time, therefore we ask that you cancel your reservations online only via our website or Modo Yoga app.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW FEE

You can still “late cancel” less than 4 hours before class begins – your account will still be charged a $10 penalty fee. Failing to cancel your reservation at all will result in a “No Show” and a $10 penalty fee. Please note that anyone on a class card will lose a class from their class card package instead of being charged the $10 penalty fee.

WAITLIST

If the pre-registration for a class is full, you can register for the waitlist online. If someone cancels their reservation before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped into the class. You will receive an email letting you know that you have officially made it into the class. Keep an eye on your inbox in case you make it off the waitlist.

You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you are unable to come to class anymore even if you made it off the waitlist, please cancel your waitlist reservation.
