Brandy found Modo Yoga during her early University years while living away from home, and in need of a community. Her mat became a pillar to honour her body, but most importantly her mind. The practice supported Brandy through times of challenge and adversity and kept her in her heart. She began teaching in 2013, and have since found her way through various modalities of yoga, fitness, and movement practices that she has all loved teaching. While Brandy adores the fitness world, she always finds her way back to her mat- as her heart lays there. Brandy’s movement and spiritual practices continue to evolve as she moves through this beautiful life, and lately is called to mindful movement practices, breath, astrology, and card reading as ways to shine more light in this world.
