Cass began practicing yoga in 2011, at the age of 20 and became a modo teacher in 2012. Since her first training, she’s gone on to complete over 1000 hours of training and continues to learn and master her craft. Cass teaches Modo, Modo Flow, Modo Level 2, Modo Calm, Vinyasa, Yin, Yang Yin, prenatal and Postpartum Yoga.

The best part about being a teacher and student of modo yoga is being a part of an incredible community and network of like-minded people! The ability to earn a living while doing meaningful and fulfilling work that is fun and promotes mindfulness is part of what keeps her on the path of yoga and wellness. This career has opened many doors to success for Cass, as she has built a life she loves with her husband Zac. Together they have travelled the world, and most recently brought a beautiful baby boy into the world. Avery was born in February 2020 and has become Cass’s biggest motivation to be her best.

Cass brings a wealth of experience and passion to her classes and can often be heard oh cracking mom jokes inbetween postures. She believes in teaching classes that invite you to feel strong and Calm. She loves connecting with students in and out of the hot room, so don’t be shy to introduce yourself to her before or after class.
