Chinmayee started practicing yoga in 2008 at Modo Yoga Markham.  Since then, the reasons to keep practicing have evolved in the past 10 years – but what has not changed is to keep practicing no matter how busy things get! She has evolved her learning to vipassana as a meditation technique, and eager to learn  and teach to different ways to make bodies strong and resilient, and mental agility through neuroplasticity for the older population.

She is an engineer by day, and teaches yoga by night – and strives for a practical and mentally balanced class for the busy person!

When not at the studio – Chinmayee enjoys hikes, mountains, rock climbing and playing with her dog.
