Parry’s vision is to share Yoga philosophy and practice in a manner that is authentic, accessible and applicable to everyday life. He is a certified Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell and Water Rower instructor, specializing in functional movement and body-weight strength training developed from his studies of the human body.
Parry draws inspiration from his studies of sociology, philosophy and biomechanics in each of his class sequences. Through his fascination with problem solving, kind spirit and humour he hopes to help others thrive in their lives by nurturing body, mind and soul through Yoga. His hope is that each student will step off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced
