Sheila offers a sincere yoga experience through guided movement and self introspection. From a psychological perspective and the training of ancient philosophy, Sheila guides a class through vulnerabilities and courage. Her classes have an inspiring array of perspective, bringing awareness to the practice  on and off the mat.

With over 20 years on the yogic path from around the world, Sheila brings a variety of influences to her teaching. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer (E-RYT500), in the Kripalu Yoga tradition. She is certified in Yin Yoga and Advanced Yin Yoga (Traditional Chinese Medicine). She exudes ‘living your yoga’ and is trained and certified for various communities including Yoga for Addiction Recovery and Other Related Trauma, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Seniors and Multiple Sclerosis (and other autoimmune disorders) as well for Autism. Sheila is available for private practice and is a certified Reiki practitioner offering personal and structural energy clearing.

Yoga is a journey, it is a way of life, for Sheila. Her favourite quote comes from a song by Snatum Kaur; “It’s by thy grace…”, Sheila believes that without grace, we would not exist on this journey.  Jai Bhagwan!
