STANDARD MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 4 months minimum commitment.
- Billed monthly starting on purchase date.
- Use begins with purchase.
- After 30 days, membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days to cancel.
- Membership suspensions may be granted for up to 60 days with medical note. Memberships then resumes for the rest of 4 month minimum.
- If circumstances require you to terminate one month early, you have the option to change your last month unlimited for a 5 class card (value $125, never expires)
