Laura began practicing yoga with her mother, as a young child. Through self-practice, she learned the profound impact yoga can have on the body, mind and spirit. Her love of the practice grew even stronger when she discovered Modo Yoga over 15 years ago. From her first class, there was no looking back! Laura has been guiding Modo classes since 2008. Yoga is a continuous source of light for her, and a way to stay connected to the beauty of life.
Being both student and teacher brings her great joy, and she is always honored to be able to share the benefits of practice with anyone who comes to the mat. Laura is also incredibly grateful to be a part of the amazing Modo community that continues to support her journey as a teacher, student and human being.
