Marlaina is a Certified Health Coach & Model. She first became interested in yoga seven years ago, as a doctor-prescribed remedy to the severe Scoliosis and back pain that she lives with. Rather than opt for reparative surgery, she immersed herself in the study of Yoga and Healthy Lifestyle Practices. She began teaching low-impact workouts two years ago; incorporating yoga, pilates, & dance movement into her practice — and found that the combination resulted in long lean muscles, with increased flexibility.
