Sandra is an explorative teacher who describes herself as a forever student of yoga. She’s passionate about movement and the body. She teaches Vinyasa flow inspired by many movement schools like Iyengar Yoga, Kathona Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, and more. Sandra has had the opportunity to train and mentor some of the best teachers in New York City, like Dana Trixie Flynn, Mary Dana Abbot, and Francesca Bove. She seeks to teach people how creating space in the physical body can affect all aspects of life.
