TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MODO & SUNRISE MEMBERSHIPS
- 4 months minimum commitment.
- After the 4 month minimum commitment the membership will automatically renew each month unless a hold or cancellation form is submitted.
- Membership Hold:
- Maximum hold is for 30 days
- One hold each year is available.
- To request a hold, please fill out the Hold Request form at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled payment date.
- Following the end of your requested hold period, your monthly membership will automatically be reactivated and all payments will shift accordingly
- Membership Cancellation:
- The 4 month minimum commitment must be finished before requesting a cancellation.
- To request a cancellation, please fill out the Cancellation Request at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled payment date.
- Prices are subject to HST
- No discounts on memberships

- Class cards can not be transferred or refunded.
- There is no expiry on class cards.
- There are no holds or extensions on one month and one year passes
- Students and Seniors receive a 10% discount. Please see us in studio for the discount and bring proper ID.
