Chinmayee Rindani

My yoga practice started over 15 years ago, out of sheer curiosity and interest in finding ways to manage stress. Since then, the reasons to keep practicing have evolved – I first got involved in the studio through energy exchange! – but what has not changed is to anchor myself through yoga no matter how busy things get in life. I stepped into the role of teacher in 2015, and my focus in the classes I teach is to make the practice accessible, fun, and exploratory in nature. Ultimately each of us practice for different reasons, and I want to encourage people to explore the movement in their own way and path.
I am always learning – student first, teacher second – and have become trained in not only Modo, but Modo Flow, Pre and Post Natal, and various avenues of fascial and biomechanical skill sets. On the meditation end, I’ve been practicing the Vipassana technique since 2011.
All this aside, I am a professional engineer by day, and yoga teacher by night – and I aim to facilitate practical and mentally balanced classes for those that are quite busy.
When not on my mat, I enjoy hiking, scuba diving and playing with my dog Shiloh.
