Jill Ferras

I completed my level 1 Modo training in February 2015 after a back injury helped me find my way into my very first Modo Class. I have furthered my yoga practice and teaching by completing Yin training in 2016, and Modo Flow training in 2017. I am also working towards my full EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – Tapping) certification through AMET.

The practice of yoga brings countless benefit into my daily life as a full-time paramedic and mom of two kids, Olivia and Owen. I enjoy the constant learning and evolving that yoga offers my body and mind.  My goal while teaching is to connect students to the power of their breath, gain stronger body awareness, and support a positive self-image of themselves.
