I always felt drawn to help people, but I never knew how I could. In November 2016, everything changed when I took my first class at Modo Yoga Milton. I walked through the door, purchased my Intro Pass, and laid my mat by the entrance for an easy exit. I had no idea that those 75 minutes would change my life forever. This practice allowed me to let go of all racing thoughts for the first time in my life! If I could do that for just one person, create a space where all they needed to do was breathe and move and let everything else fade away, how amazing would that be? This was what I had been searching for; this was how I could help people. At that moment, I decided I wanted to be more involved in the Modo Yoga Milton community. Once my Intro Pass expired, I joined the Energy Exchange program. Shortly after, I took on a manager role within the studio, and in 2019, I completed the Modo Yoga Teacher Training program in Ecuador. Inspired to grow as a teacher and have more to offer our community I completed Modo Flow training in 2024. As an instructor, I aim to create a safe space and help you find a moving meditation where you can let go of the outside noise and be present in the moment, linking movement with breath.
