MODO YOGA MILTON TERMS OF SERVICE & WAIVER AGREEMENT
By agreeing to the terms of this Modo Yoga Terms of Service & Waiver Agreement (the “Agreement”), and in consideration for permission to participate in Modo Yoga Milton classes, I confirm my understanding of, and agreement to, the following terms and conditions:
I understand that yoga may include physical movements, breathwork, deep stretching, and relaxation techniques. I recognize that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, which cannot be eliminated entirely.
I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition(s) that would prevent my full participation in group or private yoga, workshops, retreats, or teacher training programs offered by Modo Yoga Milton.
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any classes, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings. I agree to make an informed choice based on my personal health and, if needed, medical advice.
I will promptly inform Modo Yoga Milton of any changes to my medical condition that could impact my participation in any classes or services.
I agree to refrain from inappropriate conduct that could result in injury to myself or others while on Modo Yoga Milton premises or during its offerings.
I understand and accept full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages I may sustain as a result of participation, whether known or unknown. I hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge Modo Yoga Milton, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability in connection with my participation.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my belongings and waive any claims against Modo Yoga Milton for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on studio premises.
I grant Modo Yoga Milton permission to take and use photos or videos of me for promotional purposes, unless I provide written notice otherwise.
I understand and agree to comply with any rules and regulations set by Modo Yoga Milton, which may be amended from time to time at the studio’s discretion.
I agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Ontario and that any dispute will first be resolved through mediation in good faith before moving to binding arbitration.
I understand that Modo Yoga Milton is an independently owned and operated franchisee of Modo Yoga International, Inc.
I have read this Agreement carefully, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions.
