Modo Flow

Temperature: 95-97 degrees.

For Who? This class moves a bit more quickly than Modo but is accessible for all levels.

What to expect: This is a fluid vinyasa, or flow style practice based off of the Modo Yoga sequence. This is a cardiovascular practice that builds full body strength, endurance and flexibility.

Music: Music is typically played in this class, schedule will say “Modo Flow w/ Music.”
