Yoga has been a big part of Molly’s health and lifestyle for over a decade. She started teaching yoga in 2012 and is excited to get back into the studio after teaching Zoom classes during the past year. Her classes provide the structure for a full-body physical experience and leave plenty of space for her students to explore the subtleties of their mental/spiritual practice. She believes that the community makes us more robust, and the practice is for everyone that wants to roll their mat out in the studio. Outside of the studio, she works in residential real estate. In addition, she loves to cook, garden and travel. She and her wife Heidi live in Minneapolis with their two dogs, Jones and Charlie.
