Cait describes her teaching style as experiential. “My hope for each class is that students feel lighter after our 60 minutes. My biggest goals are always accessibility, mind-body connection, and fun.” After a childhood of year-round team sports and 10 years in the fitness industry, Cait sees teaching yoga and barre as a way to help students be their best selves at home, at work, and in the community. Her fun fact? “I was on HGTV!”
