Latricia seeks to lead her classes with openness to students’ needs – combining strength, balance, and power with ease and softness. She loves the power and energy that comes from a group of people practicing and breathing together: “It shows me that human beings really can change the world with their collective, unified energy.” An Alabama native who has lived in all four quadrants of the United States, Latricia admits that she didn’t like mac and cheese as a kid.
