A barre teacher for seven years, Michelle believes that barre is a “unique kind of magic” that works wonders physically, mentally, and emotionally. She teaches the kind of class she’d like to take — “challenging but accessible,” and with great playlists. She focuses a lot on alignment and breath and believes that every workout should be “tons of fun!” When she’s not teaching, she’s hanging out with her husband and their toddler son. She’s also proud to work for the Make-A-Wish Foundation — a job that inspires her every day.
