I started practicing in 2012, while dealing with running pain and injuries. I decided to keep practicing until my running injuries were relieved, but I got hooked and have been practicing at Modo Yoga Minneapolis ever since. I completed modo training in the summer of 2018 in Kelowna, BC. I love how accessible the modo series is; I’ve met so many people through this practice.
When I’m not at modo, I’m either curled up with a book or enjoying nature. Talk to me about mountain biking, climbing, hiking and camping. My practice has brought me so much peace and ease from anxiety. I hope Modo does the same for each person I get the opportunity to teach.
