Marwa Al Mubarak
Marwa is a yoga and Pilates teacher who’s all about helping people feel at home in their bodies. She teaches with a focus on smart, feel-good movement—less about doing the “hardest” version of a pose, and more about finding ease, strength, and connection. Marwa leads mat Pilates teacher trainings and guest teaches in advanced yoga programs, always encouraging her students to explore, adapt, and move in ways that make sense for their bodies. Her goal? To make movement feel like a conversation, not a performance.
Megan Chapman
Megan is a Modo Yoga teacher and certified Pilates instructor through The CORE Pilates Method, with extensive training through STOTT. She brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to mindful movement, focusing on building strength and confidence—without sacrificing accessibility or self-awareness. With years of experience in both yoga and Pilates, Megan’s teaching style is rooted in clarity, support, and empowerment. In this training, she’ll co-facilitate and lead the practice teaching portion, helping you refine your voice, build your skills, and teach from a place of grounded confidence.
Tuition for this training is $1,400 CAD.

This 4-day training is designed exclusively for Modo Yoga teachers who want to become certified to teach the Modo Hot Pilates sequence—a challenging but accessible, functional, and breath-driven movement class taught in a heated room.
Through posture breakdowns, practice teaching, and anatomy-informed cueing, trainees will learn the full structure of the Modo Hot Pilates sequence, with emphasis on:
Anatomy and biomechanics for core strength and functional movement
Modifications and accessibility for diverse bodies and abilities
Breath work and safety for heated class environments
Effective cueing and presence as a Pilates instructor
Practice teaching with real-time feedback
Yes. In order to graduate from the Modo Pilates Teacher Training and earn your certificate, you must attend all sessions, lectures, and classes during the training.

If you are interested in teaching at your local Modo Yoga Studio, we strongly recommend that you check in with your local studio owner to see if any opportunities are available.
