Core Flow is a dynamic, fun and challenging strength building practice. The focus is less on yoga postures, and more on exercises designed to help you feel your abdominals – and your whole body – stable, healthy and powerful. There will be plenty of work for the core, but also for the upper body (push-ups and planks) and lower body (squats and lunges). Expect a fun playlist and lots of sweat! All levels of practitioner are welcome.
