Sophie first delved into the practice of yoga in 2006 out of simple curiosity which quickly grew into something deeper, calling to the exploration of movement, body and breath. Coming from an advertising background, Sophie knew the importance of finding an outlet for daily stresses. What a relief yoga proved to be! Needless to say, it was love at first practice. Having dealt with neck, back, hip and knee issues, yoga has showed her time and again that it is much more than a simple stretch for the body- it is a true healing for the spirit. Now having found her true path in life, her only wish is to share her experiences and love for yoga with anyone willing to listen and try. Having completed her Modo Yoga certification in Brazil in February 2011, Sophie quenches her thirst for knowledge by participating in workshops and attending trainings in different disciplines to better serve her students.
