A Modo Flow yoga class will link your breath and movement between postures, creating a fluid experience rooted in vinyasa yoga.
We suggest that you take 5-10 Modo classes to become comfortable with movement and breath transitions. We strongly recommend bringing yoga props such as blocks and straps to help support your practice and in advanced postures.
*Please note as of October 5th, 2020 classes at the Rutherford studio are Reduced Heat (25-32C) and classes at the Dufferin studio are Hot (35-38C).*
