Modo + Meditation

A beautiful combination of movement and mindfulness.
Modo + Meditation will begin with a 1 hour Modo class,  followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation, and ending with 5 minutes of silent Savasana.
This class is perfect for practitioners who are looking to deepen their meditation practice.
*Please note as of October 5th, 2020 classes at the Rutherford studio are Reduced Heat (25-32C) and classes at the Dufferin studio are Hot (35-38C).*
