Modo

A unique series of postures that combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga.

The Modo series is a cardiovascular workout that lengthens, strengthens and tones the body while calming the mind and reducing stress.

Classes are suitable for all levels. Modo is typically practiced without music unless specified that it’s a Modo Music class.

*Please note as of October 5th, 2020 classes at the Rutherford studio are Reduced Heat (25-32C) and classes at the Dufferin studio are Hot (35-38C).*
