This class is all about balance!. The first half is an energizing flow sequence, followed by a Yin style sequence, to deeply fully relax the mind and body.
During the Yin portion, poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. We recommend bringing your own blanket, towel, foam block and or bolster to support your Yin practice.
This class is practiced with music. Suitable for all levels.
