What’s Yoga Jam? Yoga Jam is great for students who like yoga and want to try more of an active practice. It’s also great for anyone looking to try a new way to move! This class incorporates elements of yoga, dance and Tai chi. Yoga Jam is designed to help folks of all levels stay fit and have fun.
The thumping tunes from a double bass speaker help create a high energy atmosphere to make you drop it like it’s hot!

As a yoga instructor and hypnotherapist, she has exciting opportunities to explore these aspects of self, with her students and clients. Her teachings are inspired by spiritual masters, the magic of nature and astrology.
These workshops with experienced yoga teacher and hypnotherapist, Tash Vincze, will start by covering the basics of hypnotherapy, move into a uniquely guided group hypnotherapy session and finish with you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and pillows.
