Join Riannon Setterfield for a 6-Week Prenatal or Mom & Baby Series. Riannon is Paediatric Sleep Consultant, Postpartum Doula and a Prenatal Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of experience. She is offering weekly yoga classes for expecting moms and moms with infants. Check out the different class times below and be sure to pre-register online as spots are limited.
Prenatal Yoga: This class uses movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help ease pregnancy discomforts and prepare you physically, emotionally, and mentally for delivery. Perfect for any trimester.
Mom & Baby (0-6mths): A class that offers a safe environment for moms to reconnect with your body, bond with your baby and chat about your experiences as a new mom. We’ll be using movement, relaxation and balancing exercises to help your body and mind navigate through the journey into motherhood.
Mom & Baby (6mths – 1yr): This class offers music and yoga for moms and babies who are mobile. We’ll be using scarfs and shaker eggs. This class is great for little ones that are rolling, crawling and scooting.
**NOTE: This series takes place at 5271 Rutherford and the space is unheated.**

Join experienced fitness instructor Annie Hollas for a 6-Week Cardio Bootcamp Series on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on June 21st!You can expect short cardio bursts of high intensity moves along with muscle toning exercises, targeting every major muscle group- making this a total body workout.
This class is designed to get your blood pumping, fat burning & endorphins rising. This fun-filled class will be accompanied by upbeat music to keep you sweating and grooving throughout the entire hour.
Drop-ins are welcome or register for the 6-week series. Spots are limited, so reserve in advance!

Join us for an evening Yin class led by Kate Beddows accompanied by ambient instrumental music and soft vocals by Nodata (Jesse Lough). All the music to deepen your practice.
Less instruction is offered in this class to allow for the music to shine through. However, the teacher will continue to offer individual support and guidance.This class is suitable for beginners and is a great way to end your day.
