2) Pregnancy Yoga for Couples: 6-Week Series: Expecting moms and a partner will work together in different yoga postures, pressure points, and movement to help prepare the body for birth and comfort. This series will include pelvic floor exercises, breathing techniques, and partner yoga to help connect, build trust and communication that will be beneficial during delivery and beyond. Appropriate for all trimesters.

3) Birth Prep: 3-Week Intensive: These 2-hour sessions involve both the mom and partner using yoga designed specifically to educate partners on delivery and postpartum. We will focus on movement to prepare the body for labour, to help the baby get in the right position for delivery, and on postnatal yoga for recovery. This is a great chance to connect with other expecting parents and ask questions to an experienced doula.

Mom & Baby (0-6mths): A class that offers a safe environment for moms to reconnect with your body, bond with your baby and chat about your experiences as a new mom. We’ll be using movement, relaxation and balancing exercises to help your body and mind navigate through the journey into motherhood.
Mom & Baby (6 – 24 mths): This class offers music and yoga for moms and babies who are mobile. We’ll be using scarfs and shaker eggs. This class is great for little ones that are rolling, crawling and scooting.

Join us for an evening Yin class led by Kate Beddows accompanied by ambient instrumental music and soft vocals by Nodata (Jesse Lough). All the music to deepen your practice.
Less instruction is offered in this class to allow for the music to shine through. However, the teacher will continue to offer individual support and guidance.This class is suitable for beginners and is a great way to end your day.

Experienced yoga teacher and hypnotherapist, Tash Vincze, will take you through the basics of hypnotherapy and guide you through a group hypnotherapy session on a specific theme. The intention is to leave you with new insights and feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
