Join Zaria Hamer for a yoga experience like no other.
Equine-imity combines yoga practice with the presence and energy of horses to improve physical and mental well-being. This one hour beginner friendly class will take place in the picturesque pastures of the Rocking Horse Pub. Enjoy a calming yoga session as miniature horses roam freely around, creating a serene and enchanting atmosphere. After class, stick around for a special meet-and-greet in the stables, where you’ll have the opportunity to interact with and learn about the diverse breeds of horses. It’s the perfect blend of wellness, nature, and equine charm! Previous experience with horses is not necessary to enjoy this fun and unique class.
Studies have shown that interactions with horses can trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding, trust, and emotional well-being, which can have a positive impact on physical, mental, and emotional health.
