The Empowered Hero: A Trauma-Informed Yoga + Self-Empowerment Workshop
This 3 hour workshop is for EMS, fire, police, military, security guards, doctors, nurses, addiction and trauma counsellors, and anyone who works directly with the public in high-stress, traumatic environments. Led by Coryn Briggs, a certified Yoga for Trauma Instructor with extensive experience in somatic work, NLP, and rehabilitation, this workshop is designed to restore the wisdom of the body and bring a deeper sense of wellness and balance into your life.
What Will You Experience?:

About Your Instructor – Coryn Briggs:
Coryn brings over 25 years in the health and fitness industry, with more than 17 years of trauma experience from her work as an injury adjuster. For the past 10 years, she has been a life and empowerment coach, and for 8 years, she has been dedicated to teaching Yoga for Trauma internationally. Her commitment to mental health and creating safe spaces for healing is truly inspiring.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat & Props: If you have a mat and bolsters, bring them along (additional props will be provided).
Comfortable Clothing: Layer your clothing – a t-shirt, sweater, and socks – as you may experience different body temperatures during the session.
Journaling Supplies: A journal and pen.
Water Bottle & Light Meal: Stay hydrated and have a light meal 1-2 hours before the workshop.
