Why I love teaching: I love learning, and teaching is sharing knowledge learned. It doesn’t matter how old or young, weak or strong, big or small. We don’t practice yoga to necessarily become better at yoga, but the practice of yoga does help us all get better at managing this thing called ‘life’.
What I love about Modo Yoga: A quiet sanctuary to practice movement, meditation and sweat induced personal growth.
If I could give one piece of advice to new students, it would be: The hardest part of yoga is just walking in the door.
What you can expect in my class: Challenging, creative and fun original sequences. I try to create a new sequence and playlist for each and every vinyasa class, but tailor it to the needs and strengths of the students on that day, with multiple options for different body types and energy levels.
