We’ve added a feast of classes to our Virtual Studio menu this October! If you’ve already developed a home practice with us, spice it up these next few weeks. If you’ve found home practice challenging, lean in to that challenge and get a taste of something new.

The same teachers you practice with in-studio have created special short practices, alongside our usual 60-75 minute Zoom offerings. These pop-up classes are only 10-25 minutes long, focusing on mindfulness, mobility and movement. Core, dance and bootcamp will get you out of your chair, while pranayama and meditation can keep you focused and grounded. Choose what inspires you and feels like fun! Breathe, move, and connect with us this month to find out what works for you, in your home and in your body.

Your $59 membership offers 21 days of Virtual Studio access to classes at Montreal, NDG and Griffintown, as well as exclusive content to inspire you, available for the full length of the Challenge and beyond. Active MYM members can join for free. Start at any time – you’ll still receive a 21-day Virtual Studio membership plus replays of all the mini-classes you may have missed. Catch up at your own pace: try pairing a meditation with a flow. or circle back at the end of the challenge and see what you missed.
