Barre Fitness is a low-impact full body workout that combines ballet technique, pilates and functional training all into one to give you a both fun and challenging exercise practice. The standing series is done at the barre to assist your balance while you strengthen your muscles and joints, and to push your body to new limits – from head to toe!
