Alli has been practicing yoga since 2005. She began her teaching journey in Halifax while completing her University degree. She became certified at a local studio in Hatha Vinyasa in 2010 and has been teaching ever since. Since moving to Montreal she has completed many different trainings in various yoga styles, as well as Ballet Barre and Stott Pilates Reformer which have all influenced her teaching style. She is a lover of all movements. Her classes aim to encourage students to form a relationship with their experience, through the exploration of movement with breath, stillness and meditation to tune in to the language of the body and mind. Her classes are energetic and playful, while remaining calming and nurturing.
