Before her yoga journey began, Jennifer worked as a cake designer and pastry chef running her own catering company. She started practicing yoga to counteract the damage done to her body from extreme physical demands of her profession. Through yoga Jennifer discovered how to listen to the body and the importance of giving it what it needs to thrive, a concept that simply does not exist in the kitchen world. In October 2019 Jennifer did her Modo Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training. As a teacher, she hopes to get other people to listen to their bodies and help them on their journeys to leading healthier, happier lives.
